  • How much do I need to pay for the booking fee?

    All the booking fee should not be more than (1%) of the vehicle’s on the road (OTR) price. But in our norm culture, you need to pay around RM 500.00 for Booking Fee.

  • How much down payment do I need to make?

    10% down payment but it also dependent on the loan approved by the bank. Our friendly Sales Advisor will be able to help you calculate this for you.

  • Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

    Yes, you can get a refund if you cancel the booking but there is a charge of 10% from the booking fee if customer themselves cancel the booking from personal reason. All of this are stated in the booking form which you would have signed when you placed your booking. Our Sales Advisor will be able to provide you with detailed information and help you with the process.

  • What is the interest rate offered for the loan?

    The interest rate would vary from each bank, and is subject to the bank's terms and conditions but normally you will be charge of 2.7% interest rate.

  • Will I be able to get the vehicle within the same month the booking was made?

    The lead time for deliveries differs for each model. It also depends on the stocks, the requested car colours and plate number availability. But roughly if there’s no hiccup in the process, you are able to get the vehicle within one month.

  • Does Autoworld Asia provide trade-in services?

    We will assist you to obtain the best trade-in prices for your car.
    Regrettably, we do not provide this service. However, we have trade in panel. Our Sales Advisor will help to recommend a third party used car dealer and may arrange for them to view your vehicle. Any agreements or offers made of the value of your car will be between the used car dealer and yourself.

  • What if I can't make it for the car Service Appointment?

    Please contact us to cancel or reschedule your visit. Our Customer Relation Executive will be happy to arrange for another appointment with you.

  • Can I walk in without an appointment?

    You may walk in to our Service Centre and will be attended to on a 'First Come, First Serve' basis. However, we will encourage you to make a booking for smooth servicing experience this is not recommended.

  • How do I make an appointment?

    The easiest way is to call us at 03-6099 6999 to make a reservation with our friendly CRE. Alternatively, you can send us a message with your preferred date and time via WhatsApp or SMS at 017-680 8666.
    Our Service Centre is open 6 days a week and Only by appointment on Sunday from 8.30am to 5.30pm and closed on Public Holidays. We advise you to book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment and a long waiting time.

  • How can I get a quote for my car insurance renewal?

  • What documents do I need to renew my car insurance?

    For customers who have purchased their Honda cars from us, you only need to tell us your number plate in order for us to provide you with a quote.
    But If your car was purchased elsewhere, you can still renew your car insurance with us. You just need to provide us with these details. Number plate, full name, IC number, home address, engine number, chasis number, model, manufacturing year, additional coverage details (eg: named driver(s), windscreen protection etc.) We are able to renew your insurance instantly once we receive your confirmation.

  • Can Autoworld Asia help to renew my road tax?

    Yes. We do provide the service for road tax renewal trough MYEG Online. Service charge of RM10.60 Only for road tax renewal including road tax delivery to your door step.

  • How can I pay for the car insurance and/or road tax renewal?

    For car insurance renewals, we accept payments by credit card and cash or via internet banking. If you choose to make a transfer via JomPAY or internet banking, please send us an email with the payment slip/transfer acknowledgement attached as well. For remote credit card payments, we require a Customer's Authorization Form to be completed.
    You can choose to collect your new car insurance policy from our office or request for it to be posted to you.

  • When will I receive my new car insurance and/or road tax?

    For combined car insurance and road tax renewal, it usually takes 2-3 working days after payment is made. If it is just the car insurance renewal it will only take us 10-15 minutes once you made the payment

  • Is GST applied to the car insurance and road tax renewal?

    A 6% GST charge will be applied to the insurance renewal, including any additional coverage that you require e.g. windscreen protection, named driver(s) etc. together with tax renewals.
